Custom home exercise program

What this is

A custom exercise program built for your specific situation, your specific equipment, and your specific schedule, delivered in writing with video demonstrations. No in-person visit required.

This is the lowest-cost way to work with me, and it is genuinely useful for the right person. It is not a generic PDF pulled from a library. It is written after a conversation about what is going on with you, and it comes with an explanation of why each exercise is in there.

Who this is for

  • You were given a handout of exercises you do not understand and are not sure you are doing correctly.
  • You want a structured plan you can execute on your own, and you do not need or want supervision.
  • You are managing a known, previously diagnosed issue and just need a better program for it.
  • You travel, work odd hours, or live outside my service area.
  • You want to try working with me at the lowest cost before committing to anything bigger.

Who this is not for: anyone with new, undiagnosed, or worsening symptoms, or anyone who is not sure what is actually wrong. A program cannot fix a wrong diagnosis. If that is you, start with an evaluation or the free consultation.

How it works

  • Step 1: You book, and fill out a short intake covering your history, symptoms, equipment access, and how many days a week you can realistically train.
  • Step 2: A 20-minute virtual call. I ask questions, have you move through a few positions on camera, and confirm what the program needs to address.
  • Step 3: Within 3 business days you receive the written program.
  • Step 4: You get one round of revisions free within the first two weeks, so if something aggravates you or an exercise is not working in your space, we fix it.

What is included

  • A 20-minute virtual intake call, included in the price.
  • A written program with exact sets, reps, tempo, rest, and how many days per week.
  • Video demonstration for every exercise.
  • A plain-language explanation of what each block of the program is for, so you know why you are doing it.
  • Built-in progressions and regressions so the program stays useful for 6 to 8 weeks rather than going stale in week two.
  • Clear guidance on what soreness is normal and what means stop.
  • One free revision within the first two weeks.

What is not included: hands-on treatment, ongoing coaching, weekly check-ins, or unlimited revisions. If you want ongoing oversight, Remote Coaching at $150 per month is the better value.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from free exercises on YouTube?

Selection and sequencing. There is plenty of good free content, but it is written for a generic person and nobody tells you which of the forty options applies to you, in what order, at what dose, or when to progress. That decision-making is what you are paying for.

How long does the program last?

It is written as a 6 to 8 week block with progressions built in. Most people get meaningful value for about two months before a new block makes sense.

What if I have almost no equipment?

Tell me in the intake and I build around it. Bands and bodyweight cover most early-stage programs well. I would rather write something you will actually do than something ideal that sits unused.

What if it makes me feel worse?

Reach out. Some initial soreness is expected and I explain in the program what normal looks like. If something is clearly aggravating you, that is exactly what the free revision is for, and if the pattern suggests the underlying issue needs a real look, I will tell you to come in instead of just swapping an exercise.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Often yes. I will provide an itemized receipt. Confirm with your plan administrator.

Do you have to be in Colorado?

For this service, no. It is a written program plus education rather than hands-on treatment, so distance is not a barrier. If you need an actual diagnosis, you want an in-person evaluation, which does mean being in Colorado.

Cash-pay, and why it works this way

Everything on this page is paid directly, not billed to insurance. That is a deliberate choice, not a workaround. It means a full hour of my attention with no prior authorization delays, no visit caps set by a third party, and no treatment decisions shaped by what a payer will reimburse. You know the cost before you walk in.

If you would rather use your insurance benefits, that is a completely reasonable choice and I can still help. I see insurance-based patients at CACC Physical Therapy in Parker, Colorado.

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept card, HSA, and FSA cards. I can provide a superbill on request if you want to submit for out-of-network reimbursement yourself, though I cannot guarantee what your plan will pay.

Ready to start, or still deciding?

The 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation. If a different service is the better fit, I will tell you that instead of selling you this one.
