Services and Pricing
I am a physical therapist who works directly with active people, cash-pay, one on one. No insurance authorizations, no visit limits, no guessing what it will cost. Every price on this page is the price you pay.
Most people fit one of three situations. You are hurt and need a plan. You were discharged from physical therapy and have no idea what to do next. Or nothing is technically wrong, but something has never felt right and you want someone qualified watching how you move.
Start here: Free 30-Minute Consultation
Cost: $0. In person or virtual, your choice.
Before you pay me anything, we talk. Thirty minutes to hear what is going on, what you have already tried, and what you are actually trying to get back to. At the end I tell you which service fits, roughly how long it will take, and what it will cost. If I am not the right person, I will say so and point you somewhere better.
Evaluations
A one-time visit that ends with a diagnosis, a plan, and a written program in your hands. Two tiers, depending on how complex your situation is and how much you want built for you.
| Service | Length | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Evaluation | 60 min | $195 |
| Comprehensive Evaluation | 90 min | $350 |
Ongoing work
| Service | Format | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Training with a PT | 60-min sessions at your gym or home | $110 to $130 per session |
| Remote Coaching | Programming and messaging only | $150/mo |
| Hybrid Coaching | 2 sessions a month plus programming | $375/mo |
| Home Exercise Program | One-time written program | $100 |
Training with a PT is the newest offering and the one most people ask for without knowing what to call it. It is for anyone who was cleared from physical therapy but is unsure where to go next, anyone carrying a nagging injury that never fully resolved, and anyone who simply wants informed guidance instead of guessing. What I treat
Orthopedic and sports physical therapy across the whole body: neck and mid back, low back, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand, hip, knee, ankle and foot, and TMJ. Common reasons people come to me include sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, tendon pain, arthritis, sprains and strains, chronic pain, balance problems, strength and mobility deficits, and concussion or vestibular symptoms.
I also work with general sports performance: athletes and active adults who want to move better, train harder, and stay healthy through a season.
Cash-pay, and why it works this way
Everything on this page is paid directly, not billed to insurance. That is a deliberate choice, not a workaround. It means a full hour of my attention with no prior authorization delays, no visit caps set by a third party, and no treatment decisions shaped by what a payer will reimburse. You know the cost before you walk in.
If you would rather use your insurance benefits, that is a completely reasonable choice and I can still help. I see insurance-based patients at CACC Physical Therapy in Parker, Colorado.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept card, HSA, and FSA cards. I can provide a superbill on request if you want to submit for out-of-network reimbursement yourself, though I cannot guarantee what your plan will pay.
